Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, ticket pricing, policies, schedules, and attendee communication published through the platform. BookMyUltra may suspend or remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
Payments and fees
All ticket prices, taxes, convenience fees, and organizer-defined charges shown during checkout must be reviewed before payment. Successful payment does not override organizer-specific eligibility rules, participation requirements, or policy conditions.
Intellectual property and misuse
The website design, branding, software, copy, and platform assets belong to their respective owners. You may not misuse the website, scrape it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or publish false or infringing content through it.
Limitation and contact
