Shipping & Delivery Policy
BookMyUltra is a digital registration platform. No physical products are shipped. Event confirmations, receipts, and ticket-related communication are delivered electronically by email and on-screen account/order pages.
After a successful payment, runners receive digital confirmation through the website, email, and any event-specific confirmation flow provided by the organizer. Orders may also be visible in account or organizer dashboards where applicable.
BookMyUltra does not ship physical goods by default. If an organizer separately offers merchandise, race kits, bib delivery, or physical add-ons, the organizer must provide those delivery timelines and conditions independently.
If you do not receive your confirmation email or order acknowledgement, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@bookmyultra.rungreen.in.
